She's killing me

Have you ever heard a song for the first time and it stopped you dead in your tracks? It's so good that you stop doing whatever you're doing at the moment and just take it in? That happened to me today on a break at work with a new Carrie Underwood song called "I Know You Won't". Her albums out next week and Brandie and I can't wait to get our hands on it....but of course I caved and downloaded the whole thing last week when it leaked; i know i know...i'm still gonna buy it!

Anyhoo please take a moment to listen to this song. Even if you've never liked her before, just do it as a favor to me. Her voice is freaking amazing, hope it blows you away as much as it did me.

Awesome! I tell ya what, I'm not a country fan but she has a fantastic voice and sounds like an old pro! In a good way :). Since it moves you so much, make sure when you buy the CD that if you rip it, rip it at a high bit rate. I was listening to the usual tech jibberish a few weeks ago, and they were talking about a wide study on music that moves you. The study basically found that the higher the quality the source and the higher the quality of play back device, the greater the emotional response! Cool stuff, don't even get me started LOL. Love the Blog keep it up! You have readers and subscribers :)
